Mohammed Adel: 60 billion pounds is the target for the sale of “vision” in “The Big Business District”
Engineer Mohamed Adel, CEO of the company, announced that the project “The Big Business District” in New Cairo is considered the latest project of the company, and it is a project with multiple uses.
The engineer also announced that the project reflects the success of “vision” in implementing its ambitious expansion strategy, and also comes within the framework of the company’s development vision to implement full-service real estate projects in distinct strategic areas to implement its expansion plan in the Egyptian market.
He also added: “The Big Business District project is being held in New Cairo on part of the land portfolio owned by the company, which is estimated to total about 2,000 acres, and vision has succeeded in completing the development of about 1,000 acres of these lands so far.
He continued: with regard to the project area, the construction area reaches about 90.5 thousand flat meters, including 38.2 thousand flat meters for commercial, administrative and medical units, with a facade of 535 meters directly on the Ring Road, and the project is also considered one of the most prominent projects with multiple uses, as it includes commercial, administrative and medical activity.
He continued: We are currently working on the launch of the first phase of it, which is named Cluster1, and major construction companies are working on it, and the delivery process of this phase will begin during the first quarter of 2027, and it has a unique location on the Ring Road minutes from all major Cairo hubs.
He continued: The Big Business District project is characterized by wonderful designs that appear for the first time in Egypt, to reflect the company’s desire to provide engineering solutions comparable in quality to its global counterparts, which contributes to creating distinct investment and real estate value within Egypt over the coming decades, as well as the optimal exploitation of space, in order to achieve the desire of “vision” company to offer the latest services and unique technologies.
He continued: the total sales targets of the project are expected to reach 60 billion pounds, and it includes commercial, administrative and hotel units of various sizes, and we have been keen to cooperate with the most competent and prominent architects to give customers an exceptional experience.
