Menag development launches “Holm” in New Cairo with investments of 5 billion pounds
Menag real estate development company has launched its latest project “Holm” in New Cairo with an investment volume of up to 5 billion pounds and on an area estimated at 34 thousand meters and includes the establishment of residential, hotel and commercial units.
Engineer Abdel Moneim Ghita and engineer Mohamed Hussein, founders and executive directors of “menag” real estate development company, revealed that the project is located in a privileged location within the city of New Cairo, on the southern ninety Street, near the American University (AUC)near the axis of Mohamed Naguib and Gamal Abdel Nasser, and designed by the architectural designer Hany Saad (Hany Saad Innovations )
Engineer Abdel Moneim Ghita and engineer Mohamed Hussein stressed that the project is characterized by innovation in architecture; it embodies their journey from traditional construction to the creation of living spaces that reflect the vitality of contemporary life to shape the future of civilized life.
They both explained that the project includes a commercial area ,entertainment facilities, green spaces, landscaped seating areas, luxury entrances, an advanced security system, and water bodies, and that the company has an expansive vision as it plans to launch two more projects during the current year 2024.
Both engineer Abdel Moneim Ghita and engineer Mohamed Hussein stated that menag real estate development company has years of experience in construction, and was established with the vision of redefining building standards, as it was and remains a symbol of trust and quality.
